Illegal dumper forgot to shred personal papers

A woman in the 1800 block of Clarence, east side, complained to police of an ongoing problem of illegal dumping in the trash containers behind her apartment building. Not only is non-residents’ trash being dumped there, she said, but a couch was dumped also. The complainant had a clue as to the identity of the culprit; she found papers in the trash that included the name and address of a man who—surprise!—lives in the next building north on the same block.
