An 18-year-old Cicero woman told police she was in the front seat of a female friend’s car 25 minutes earlier when a man punched her in the face. The victim said her friend, a 17-year-old Chicago woman, was putting gas in the car at the gas station at 16th and Ridgeland when the victim’s ex-boyfriend approached on foot. The man, a 20-year-old Stickney resident, is the father of the victim’s child, but they broke up two months ago. The victim said the man punched her in the face four times through the open car window, stating, “I told you I was going to get you”. The victim signed a complaint of domestic battery against the man.
