Hit-and-run endangers garage stability

Police responding to a hit-and-run crash in the 1900 block of Euclid found the offending car on the scene, minus its driver, who soon returned to the scene. The car struck a garage, which was in danger of collapse. Police arrested Frank D. Quijano, 80, of Cicero, citing his for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
