Hit and run driver found right away

Following a hit and run accident in the 6600 block of 21st, a witness told police where to find the offending vehicle, a maroon Impala with temporary plates. Officers found the Impala with extensive damage and paint transfer consistent with the accident. Its driver, a 30-year-old woman from the 2100 block of Scoville, told police she fled because some guys were chasing her. She was cited for improper lane use and leaving the scene of an accident.
