He had a very late night

Following a call about someone urinating in a parking lot, an officer arrived at Cermak and Home and saw a man leaning on a blue Astro Van. The 41-year-old resident of the 1900 block of Scoville had trouble walking, slurred speech and alcoholic breath. In addition, the van he used to steady himself was taking up two parking spaces. He was cited for disorderly conduct.
