Habitual gang loitering

Officers from the multi-community gang task force were checking known gang hotspots when they saw two known and admitted members of a well-known street gang, loitering about at 21st and Highland.  Both men had been warned before.  This time, police arrested a 19-year-old man from the 2100 block of Highland, along with 24-year-old Cicero resident John Gomez.  Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
