A theft complaint sent police to the 6700 block of Cermak There, the manager of a gas station market reported a man took, but did not pay for, a bottle of Magnum malt liquor; he pointed the man out to police. Police spoke with the suspect, a 47-year-old man from the 1800 block of Gunderson; he said he did place the bottle under his jacket, then grew “paranoid”, put it back and left. Police advised the man that he was no longer welcome to enter that store.
