Gangbangers loiter after being warned against it

Police checking out a gang-loitering spot at Highland and Vacin saw two known and self-proclaimed members of a well-known street gang there, loitering after having been told not to. The two men, both age 19, had past arrests at the same location. One man lives in the 2100 block of Highland, the other is from Cicero. Both were charged with disorderly conduct. The latest charges were added to the growing gang files on the two.
