Gang loiterers dispersed by police

August 16, 2008, 5:41 PM
Police patrolling the area of 38th and Gunderson because of reports of increased gang activity noticed two men in front of 3743 Gunderson.  One man, a resident at that address, officers recognized as James A. Delgallo*, 22, known to police as a gang member.  He and the other man had their hats turned to the left.  Beer cans littered the lawn nearby.  As police approached in their unmarked squad car, the second man turned quickly and entered the house.  Police spoke with Delgallo, who said he was just having a few friends over.  In the house were two more men who told police they also belonged to the same gang:  Balois Antunez**, 25, of 1636 S. 51st Ct, Cicero, and Julian Christian, 18, of 2504 14th, Broadview.  All were advised to loiter no more at 3743 Gunderson***.
