An officer summoned to a crash in the 6400 block of 26th found two vehicles on the sidewalk, midblock: a Mazda sedan and a GMC Jimmy.  Witnesses told police the offender—dressed in red pants, a white shirt and a grey jacket—fled on foot north on Elmwood, where police found him in the 2500 block.  Frank M.
