Flashing tail lights

An officer noticed a 1996 Cadillac sedan headed south on Clinton from 21st with its tail lights flashing randomly. The car’s front plate was incorrectly displayed in its front window. The officer stopped the Caddy in the alley behind in the 2100 block of Kenilworth, west side. Driver Cortney R. Wesley, 19, of the 1900 block of Ridgeland, had a revoked license, so the car was impounded. He was cited for that as well as for the defective tail lights and improper license display.
