Fireworks complaint

Following complaints, police spoke to 42-year-old Vincent A. Kuelbs of the 2200 block of Kenilworth. Kuelbs admitted setting off fireworks in the alley, and expressed regret for his actions.  The remaining fireworks were confiscated by police, and Kuelbs was ticketed.
