May 4, 2008, 1:18 AM
Police spoke with the manager of Fitzgerald’s nightclub, 6615 Roosevelt, when they responded to a fire alarm. The manager told them the alarm keypad showed it had been activated in the second floor dining room, which also contained an apartment. Police went to the flat and were met by 18-year-old Sean A. Cullen of the 600 block of Jackson Boulevard, Oak Park. Cullen reportedly told them everything was fine and permitted them to enter. Inside the apartment were three other males. A table in the room held several cups of beer. All four men admitted drinking alcohol in the apartment. Tickets for possession of alcohol by a minor were issued to Cullen; to 19-year-old Erik B. Mikelson of the 900 block of Hayes, Oak Park; to Matthew Coughlin, 19, of River Forest; and to Matthew J. Enloe, 19, of the 800 block of Lombard, Oak Park.
