Elmhurst argument devolves into Roosevelt ruckus
August 12, 2007, 1:05 AM
Police saw two men arguing in the 7100 block of Roosevelt. One man stood yelling obscenities as the other lay on the ground with blood on his face and shirt. The yelling man was a 35-year-old from Cicero. The bloody man—a 38-year-old Downers Grove resident—refused to press charges, stating that the dispute stemmed from an argument at an earlier family party in Elmhurst.
