An officer in the 7100 block of Cermak saw a red 1993 Dodge Caravan travel westbound in the eastbound lanes of Cermak, then make a right turn around the median in order to enter Cermak Plaza.  The driver, a 21-year-old man from the 2100 block of Harlem, was ticketed for improper lane usage and driving with a suspended license.
