Driver stopped for not stopping

A beige Olds sedan failed to stop at the red light at Ridgeland and Cermak, so an officer pulled the car over.  The driver, 22-year-old Alejandro Salgado of Cicero, was ticketed for the non-stop, no insurance and driving with a suspended license.
