An officer noticed a Honda Accord parked behind a residence in the 2400 block of Elmwood, with its lights off and two people inside. The two appeared nervous, and a strong odor of burnt cannabis emanated from the vehicle. The officer recovered a partially-smoked blunt. Driver Juan J. Bonilla, Jr, of that block, was ticketed for marijuana possession.
