County-sought man drove without lights

A white Jeep was stopped for traveling in the 3600 block of Oak Park without any lights. The driver, 27-year-old Ilarion Salgado of Cicero, wore no seat belt and carried open alcohol. He was driving on a revoked license, had no insurance and was being sought on two warrants by Cook County deputies.
