Chicago, Cicero drivers ticketed, loud cars impounded

A black Impala was stopped for excessive noise at Cermak and Scoville.  Driver Samuel Rivas, 18, of the 2300 block of south Trumbull, Chicago, was cited for noise and for driving with no license.  The Impala was impounded.
5:32 PM
An older Cadillac Eldorado got pulled over after playing its stereo so loudly, police could hear it 250 feet away in the 2900 through 2600 blocks of Oak Park Ave.  19-year-old Ezequiel Torres, of Cicero, was charged with violating Berwyn’s noise ordinance, and the Caddy was impounded.
