Charges filed against doctor in fondling case

A doctor accused of inappropriately touching numerous patients has been charged in the case. Ricardo Arze, MD, was charged with one felony count of criminal sexual assault and ten misdemeanors. One of the “patients” was actually an undercover officer from Cook County, assisting in the months-long investigation. According to Berwyn police, the state’s attorney’s Sex Crimes Unit is still investigating the matter.
