A man reported his white Chevy van had its window broken while it was parked in the 2100 block of Harvey.
9:30 AM
A woman in the 2100 block of Scoville says she saw a 26-year-old Cicero man use a landscape brick to shatter the windshield of her Dodge Charger, then flee eastbound on foot.
