Police stopped a tan Dodge Stratus at Cermak and Cuyler because the car had no front plate.  Driver Juana Abarca, 25, of Cicero, was unable to present the required driver’s license, just a Mexican ID.  A check of his name revealed his license had been revoked in February of 2008 for a DUI conviction.  He was cited for driving on a revoked license and no front plate; the car was impounded.
