Beer bottle brawl causes injuries, yet victims won’t talk
June 28, 2008, 1 AM
Police came to Selena’s bar, 6320 26th, on reports of a fight, and encountered a 32-year-old Cicero man bleeding from his head. A bouncer said a large group of men began a fight by the front door; several were swinging beer bottles and throwing them at anyone in proximity. Two other men were injured: a 27-year-old and a 29-year-old, both from Cicero. The younger man had a large cut on his arm. The older man had cuts to his face and a front tooth knocked out. The younger victim told police he “might know” the offenders but did not wish to reveal any identities.
