Accident narrowly avoided

An officer saw a westbound Ford Explorer on Cermak switch lanes, forcing another vehicle to brake in order to avoid a collision. The officer stopped the SUV at East and 21st. Driver Navar Trujillo, 39, of the 1400 block of East, was cited for improper lane use and driving without a valid license.
