45 in a 25

A gold Chevy Cobalt was clocked by radar doing 45 MPH in a 25 MPH zone at Gunderson and Cermak. Driver Enrique Garcia, 32, of the 3000 block of south Keeler, Chicago, had not had a driver’s license since his expired in 2001. He was cited for both offenses.
