Bald burglar seen, GPS taken

In the 3800 block of Highland, a caller reported someone breaking into a front basement window of a residence. The offender was described as a male white, about 22, 5’6”, 140 lbs, bald, in a red shirt and grey sweats.

A Mercury Grand Marquis parked in the 7000 block of 35th was found with a broken window and a missing GPS device.
