September 22, 2007, 1:40 AM
Police patrolling in the 6800 block of Windsor found two vehicles parked in diagonal spaces, in apparent disregard of the posted barricades forbidding parking in that area because of Berwyn’s Oktoberfest.  One was a silver Olds Alero, registered to a 23-year-old Chicago man.  The other was a silver Trailblazer registered to a 23-year-old woman from Cicero.  Officers entered the Windsor sports bar and had workers make several public-address announcements asking the owners to come out and move the vehicles.  When nobody responded, both were towed.
3:00 AM
The woman who owned the Trailblazer contacted police.  She was tending bar at the Windsor, but did not hear the announcements.  She said she parked there because she thought Oktoberfest was over.
