June 5, 2007, 2 PM
Agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration were parked in the McDonald’s lot at Ridgeland and Cermak when a grey Nissan Sentra pulled into the adjacent space.  Agents watched as the four occupants passed around a single cigarette.  The female driver, who appeared groggy, looked directly at the agents, then tossed the cigarette butt out the window.  Agents kept watching as two male passengers entered and exited the restaurant – one man went three times.  The DEA agents took the four into custody, recovered the PCP-laced cigarette butt tossed from the car, and found an unused PCP-laced cigarette on one of the suspects.  The suspects were Irma Villalobos, 40, of Burbank; Ramiro Cazarez, 30, of Brookfield; John Guerrero, 36, of Cicero; and E. Torres, 33, of Westchester.
